Visit our reception for necessities like firelighters, ice, and water between 08h00 and 10h00 OR 14h00 and 16h00.

Additional wood and firelighters are available on site. Additional firelighters can be purchased from reception between 08h00 and 10h00 or 14h00 and 16h00. Please contact your host before 16h00 to order more wood and have it delivered to your tent.

Two large bath towels and one hand towel are provided per guest. Should you require fresh towels during your stay, kindly let us know and we will gladly replace yours as required. Please bring your own swimming towels for the pool.

Weather permitting, we will preheat your hot tub for you at an additional cost of R250. This includes the crate of wood and firelighters used to light the tub. (Please note, our staff leave at 16h00 and the pre-lit fire will not be monitored thereafter.)
